It seems that, for whatever reason, the installation package for Clover decided to completely overwrite my existing install of the bootloader. That meant my original file, along with all of my drivers and kexts, got eliminated from my EFI partition.

There’s another obstacle to installing or upgrading the latest version of macOS High Sierra on a Hackintosh, but I’ve got an answer that worked for me. Apple seems to have upped the ante a bit for Hackintosh users who want to run the latest beta build. I discovered it on my own Hackintosh when I tried first to update to High Sierra Public Beta 7. Then I tried installing Developer Beta 8, and had similar symptoms. Finally, after some research and tinkering, I was able to update Hackintosh High Sierra successfully. Here’s how I did it.

Works fine with my PC (GA-Z97), I use it only for Mac OS loading. Highly customizable config makes OS X/macOS loading and kext injecting easier than ever. But there's lack of config documentation, and only one clover wiki is outdated. However, its pretty easy to get started by searching for "clover your_motherboard_or_cpu_here" on forums. Also I recommend to install it along with rEFInd boot manager for loading non-mac systems. And if anyone can't run macos installer, try to run it from internal hard disk partition.
